BATTLE EVENT/RETREAT dialogue

The following is text for dialogue played between ending a stage and returning to the
intermission. It includes text for the lieutenants joining their respective leaders,
special events, taunts issued by the demon army, and death messages for the 4 demons.

Some control code has been left in as hexidecimal to keep sequential lines together.

For each stage of the game there are at least four variations of the text spoken at the beginning - one for each possible holy ruler. Many stages have more variants depending on which enemy ruler is in control of the region or event flags. The blocks of text contain control code for the portraits but until I've got a better understanding of how that works I've edited it out. They have been consistently ordered Amer - Robin - Amon - Krystal.

Dark Wizard Misc. Scripts

These are scripts from various points in the game. I have deleted control codes and arranged them as best I could tell into coherent blocks with one sentence per line. I also preserved the order that the lines are loaded into RAM. On a final note the Sabrina/Gilliam text is loaded together and the quest scripts/spirit duels are likewise loaded together.
