November has rolled around once more so its time to chuck everyone else to the side and write, write, write. I actually got an early start early in October because I decided to continue something I started during a previous NaNoWriMo. I had an array of choices. Thus I spent October revising, reading, and trying to make sense of my scattered notes.
Now it's November 3rd and my notes are only partially organized. There are thus far 120 named characters in the character list and I'm sure I missed more than one. The revision process back in October only got 1/3 of the way through the big pile of already written material. Today I'm trying to skim through parts of the other 2/3s to figure out where the plot is going. I have some buffer time though. Revisions turned up some gaps that I'm now figuring out how I'm going to fill. My word count for today might consist solely of summary notes to myself that I'll later delete after I write out those sections.
