More rambling follows so I'll probably wander off on tangents.
Wait, what was I saying?
So I happened to end up on the Macross Frontier wikipedia page last night and I noticed that show has quite a large cast. That's a bit of a relief. Now I don't have to worry quite as much about having a large cast this year. With Never Say Die the cast was tiny - so small that I started making up new characters off the top of my head for random things. There are more characters then I touched on (ALOT more). The glacial pace the story was going at just didn't make it to any of them.
3 new mechs joined the roster and I finished a quick blurb of the human side's government and immediate reaction to the invasion. I also realized that I suck horribly at building acronyms. I wanted to make a witty acronym for an organization the planetary government establishes and well, it works but is neither pretty nor witty. In fact it sounds rather bland so it should be easy to have characters make jokes about the acronym.
The roles some characters play are also becoming clearer and one character is threatening to knock the designated villian right off of his perch. The sad thing is that character's father is shaping up to give him a run for his money.
*sigh* Why is it that the arrogant assholes come so easily?
EDIT: apparently I still can't spell or proofread reasonably well either.
