Well got a very early start a little past midnight because I couldn't sleep slapping on an additional 2,148 words. Running total: 4820.
I've hit a slight wall. I've got an outline so I know where the story is going but it's getting hard to decide just how exactly I want to bridge the gap between one point and the next. It's a mighty big leap in terms of importance.
Hmm, I think this calls for some housework while I ponder how to approach the problem. Time to clean the guinea pig cage.
EDIT:
Well the guinea pig cage is clean ... for now but it's hard to concentrate with my 1 year old niece here. /sigh
Oh well, still added another 791 words. New running total: 5,611.
